Slowly our monthly Sunday afternoon group outings has been expanding to fortnightly. Our team find super fun activities and events that may be inaccessbile to clients due to their various needs or their social anxiety. This group is targetted to our youths who would like to build relationships with like-minded individuals. As it gains popularity, we are hoping to expand this to weekly in the new year of 2025. We take suggestions  from clients and try to maintain 1:3 ratio.

Things we have done Fringe Festival Shows, Musical Theatre, Board Games, NGV Gallery Tour & Pub Trivia Group

In September, we ran a 4 week trial workshop for those who are artists and needing a place to connect and discover new artists. Every week we explored 2-3 artists from across history and the world, followed by setting aside time to work collaboratively on a project as well as perfect our own writing and marketing skills. This was a super fun time and was run completely free to Having a Yarn clients.
